Sculpture Woods

Every first Saturday of the month from 10 am-5 pm, rain or shine, Island resident and artist, Ann Morris, invites the public to explore Sculpture Woods, her fifteen-acre open-air sculpture gallery. Admission is free and visitors are welcome to walk among the trees and the larger-than-lifesize bronze sculptures on her beautiful property. Sculpture Woods also includes a small indoor gallery of Ann’s more delicate sculptures and works made of bone, seaweed, and other natural materials.

Sisters Bountiful Mercantile

Sisters Bountiful Mercantile is a gift and garden shop, located inside the Islander Store in “downtown L.I.”, a couple hundred paces South of the ferry dock. There are an average of fifty Island artists and crafty people represented in the shop. Creations include jewelry, woodworking, pottery, designer hand bags, local musicians CD’s, books, cards, prints, stickers, hats, t-shirts, and much more. Stock is constantly shifting like the changing tides as artist’s inspirations ebb and flow.

Artists Studios & Tours

Our creative community hosts three annual Artist Tours that are free and open to the public. Visitors and islanders love to visit the on-island studios and learn about local artists' recent works. The tours are held on Saturday and Sunday of Memorial and Labor Day weekends, and on a weekend in mid-November. Island artists range from potters, sculptors, fiber, wood and glass artists to painters. We invite you to support our artistic community!

Note: In the current climate of COVID-19 safety, you can now easily visit with Lummi Island artists via the virtual studio tours. For more information, follow along on Instagram and Facebook.
